Where it came from
Back in 2014 it was a seventies A frame on the lake, a couple of speakers, and whoever could fit in the living room. Nobody called it a festival. It was just the best night of the winter.
12 years later it takes over a whole building downtown, and the part that matters never changed. Kelowna shows up for it because Kelowna built it. We run our own marketing, shoot our own content, and put on the acts we would want to see ourselves.
Still the best night of the winter.
Friday
February 5
Night 1 runs on low end. The main stage goes heavy all night, house and UKG and bass built for a room that moves, with live art going up in real time while it happens. The Wardrobe runs its own lineup in the back, and it is on the poster for a reason.
Saturday
February 6
Night 2 is the one people book the weekend around. House and bass on the main stage until close, The Wardrobe running its own bill behind it the whole time, and the building dressed by hand from the door in. It starts easy and it does not stay that way.
